How do you make the future useful before it arrives? Aura needed a structured way to look beyond the immediate packaging agenda, challenge assumptions and turn long-range change into a practical innovation conversation.

Corporate teams lacked structured foresight to guide innovation and challenge future assumptions.
Developed future scenarios of the world in 2050, based on macro trends, (STEEP factors) demonstrating how each will affect the world of retail and packaging. These were based on extensive research, including over 40 interviews with futurists and industry experts. Not predictions, but tools to test strategies, challenge assumptions and spark fresh thinking about the decades ahead. The content was supported by films, white papers, presentations and workshops.
Four versions were researched and aligned to the innovation pipeline and used to strengthen their thought-leadership programme.
